How much input do I need to provide?
As much or as little as you like. We can work from a detailed script, specific visual assets you provide, or just a link to your website and a general goal.
What is the typical turnaround?
We value speed without sacrificing quality. Monthly Retainer clients can expect 3 videos and 3 images per week on average, though turnaround may vary depending on brief complexity and active revision cycles. Single Pilot orders are typically delivered within a week. We'll always keep you updated on progress.
Who owns the rights to the videos and images?
You do. Once the final version is delivered and paid for, you have full commercial rights to use, modify, and distribute the content anywhere for any commercial purpose.
How many requests can I make?
If you are on the Monthly Retainer, you can add as many requests to your queue as you'd like. We work on them one at a time to ensure focus and quality. Clients on the Pilot plan are limited to that single request.
Can I request a specific style?
Absolutely. We can match your existing brand aesthetic, whether it's high-end luxury, authentic UGC style, or clean corporate messaging.
What receives a revision?
A revision includes minor edits (timing adjustments, text changes, music swaps, caption fix and minor visual tweaks). Major concept changes (different assets, hooks, style or approach) would be treated as a new request.
What file formats will I receive?
We provide delivery-ready MP4 files up to 15 seconds in length. Static images are PNG or JPG. You can choose between vertical (for TikTok/Reels/Shorts) or horizontal formats so you can upload and publish immediately.
How do I submit a request?
We typically use a shared Trello board where you can submit requests, track progress, and provide feedback. If you prefer to work differently, we'll try to adapt to your existing workflow.
Can you refuse a project or request?
We accept most briefs and work collaboratively to bring your vision to life. However, we reserve the right to decline requests that are illegal, unethical, offensive, or technically unfeasible. If we're unable to proceed with a specific request under an active retainer, we'll work with you to refine the brief or propose an alternative approach.
NDA?
As is standard in creative services, we retain the right to display the final work in our portfolio and marketing materials to showcase our capabilities. If you require a non-disclosure arrangement for a specific project, please let us know before work begins.
Who can use your services?
Our services are designed exclusively for businesses, startups, agencies, and legal entities (B2B). We do not provide services to individual consumers for personal use. By engaging with us, you confirm you are acting on behalf of a business or organization.

What is your refund policy?
Because our work is custom and begins upon payment, refunds are only available if you cancel in writing before we start work on your project. Once production begins, payments are final. If you have concerns about your deliverables, contact us immediately. We're committed to resolving issues through revisions or adjustments within the scope of your plan.
